"They are vary rude at this location. They over charges for their items. They do not honor their online prices. The location on SW 160 is much better."

"On June 3rd I visited the family dollar located at 11269 SW 152 St. This was by far the worse customer service that I have ever experienced. I proceeded to purchase a pair of glove which was advertised for $2.00. The clerk tallied the price for $3.11 When I showed her the price of the item she became very irate. She simply refused to honor the advertised price and begin to ring the item up for $3.11. I refused to pay for the item. The clerk was ignorant to the advertised price of $2.00 for the gloves. "The Federal trade regulations says, advertising must be truthful and not misleading". This particular clerk refused to honor the advertied price or provide good customer service skills. She pushed my money towards me and begin to help the next customer in line. Opposed to reporting this incident to the BBB. I have decided to never purchase anything from this store, and I will most certainly discourage anyone I know not to purchase anything from this store. On a brighter note. I went to another Family dollar store located at 9590 SW 160 St. The clerk at this particular store had the very same items in stock listed for the same price of $2.00. When she totaled the price of the gloves they also came up to $3.11. We did a price check on that item which showed $2.00. She smiled and immediately told me she will honor the price of $2.00. Great customer service skills."

"HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. INVENTORY IS USUALLY OVERFLOWING THE AISLES, MAKING IT DIFFICULT FOR CUSTOMERS TO PASS. THE WORKERS WI ARE RESTOCKING IN THE AISLES WON'T CLEAR THE WAY FOR PASSING CUSTOMERS & WILL CONTINUE TO WORK AS THEY DON'T SEE THE CUSTOMER. MANAGERS & ASSOCIATES BEHAVE AS THOUGH THE CUSTOMER IS INCONVENIENCING THEM WHEN ASKING FOR ASSISTANCE. THERE ARE ALMOST NEVER ANY SHOPPING CARTS. THE REFRIGERATORS STAY BROKEN. THE FOOD ON SHELVES ARE OUTDATED. I'VE HAD TO REPORT THIS PARTICULAR FAMILY DOLLAR STORE TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU THREE TIMES ABOUT SPOILED OR OUTDATED FOOD. SOME TOY ITEMS ON SHELVES LOOKS LIKE THEY'VE BEEN PUT IN A TRASH COMPACTOR & THEN PLACED BACK ON THE SHELVES. THERE ARE NEVER ENOUGH CASHIERS. THE LINE COULD BE WRAPPED AROUND THE BACK AISLES BEFORE ANOTHER REGISTER IS OPENED. I FEEL AS THOUGH IT'S BECAUSE THIS FAMILY DOLLAR IS LOCATED IN THE MIDDLE OF A PREDOMINANTLY AFRICAN AMERICAN COMMUNITY, THIS IS THE REASON FOR THE OUTDATED FOOD & HORRIBLE SERVICE."

"They have bad customer service, especially from a man named Rafael, I said hello and he didn't answer, I asked him for help to know how he could use the store's application for discounts but his help was very little. He was just worried about talking about his things personal I asked him if he could take the cart outside since he had bought several things and he told me that it was not the other employee who offered to help me. This employee has a bad attitude and bad customer service."
