"Terrible customer service and staff. They interrupt my son’s birthday and I couldn’t have fun with him playing games and laughing like to expect it to do in a normal birthday, they were pushing me to pay at that time when I supposed to be having fun and making memories with him. I payed more than 1000 usd to be poorly, aggressively and disrespectfully treated. Please save your money or pay to a different place, with more educated staff. Everything there it’s ghetto"

"They were good.. but today they implemented 45 inch minimum height for almost everything.. that is stupid.. my daughter 5 years old only allowed to use facility for little kids!! And that happened recently.. never experienced that here before. And in Urban Air she is allowed to do almost everything .. even use climbing wall 20 feet height! I was here 6-7 times.. newer comeback here again My daughter was so upset"

"The wait ain’t worth the experience. This place is a good rainy day activity when in the Miami area. However, when it’s rainy the waits are horrible. Took about an hour to get tickets to the different attractions, then when we went to the go-carts, that also took 40+ minutes before we were allowed to go for a 7-10 min ride. They could organize this place more effectively and it would be a great time. If you’re just doing the arcade, skip the line you can buy an arcade card in the arcade from a machine."

"We really had fun with my friends here last 2weeks. Definitely coming back. Did the indoor karting and trampoline and rolling skate. The entrance is just a little bit confusing. Overall was very fun"

"The place was amazing and the kids really enjoyed themselves! Also, there was one male worker in the jumping section, who went above and beyond with playing and assisting the little toddlers my daughter included in having fun! The only thing I would say that needs changing is that there should be more food selections for people who don't eat meat!"
