"As per the online hours the store closing time is 10! Arrived at 9:50 for a very needed / 2 merchandise purchase to encounter a close door. The young lady at the front saw me and said we are closed ! Please don’t lie on closing hours . What’s the point !"
"Wow. How horrible. Half the shelfs are empty. I ask one of the employees if they have any mixing bowls and she asks me to repeat my self three times before understanding I'm talking about a bowl. She then makes a comment that oh well she couldn't understand me to another customer that was standing by her. Then I come to the line to only find out there is only one person on the register Christmas weekend. The line is all the way down the store. And going slow as ever. This is my first time coming here and my last. Employees have no customer service skills and apparently no stock."
