"This store is always kept organized. Cashiers are friendly. Manager needs training in customer service. Not capable to answer a question with courtesy to the customer. It's a shame to have a Manager with that type of attitude."

"I love Dollar Tree because I can always find cute things for the classroom. But I have to say that I am more annoyed by the Dollar Tree on 107th and Sunset. If by any chance you dare to walk in at 7:30 ... 30Minutes before they close, the start announcing every 5 minutes that they are closing. Then if it gets to 15 minutes before closing time, the girls that work there walk up to the customers and tell them without any manners or regard for others that the store will be closing. Two days ago they were harassing an elderly person to hurry with their merchandise and if by chance , you say something or let your body language show your disapproval they start making unnecessary comments about how they need to clean up and the are tired, too. Bottom line ... someone should give these ladies ... presuming they haven’t been in this country for very long, a course on customer service etiquette. If you are the owner of this store, I am SURE you don’t want your store run like this. I for one, left over 60 of merchandise that I was buying for my students because I was highly annoyed by these people."
