"The worst customer service once they have your money or commitment to an order. We ordered a recliner love seat back in Dec. 10,2023. They stated it was in back order until mid January, we did not think it was too bad, so we purchased and waited. When i called for a status they said now it was in back order until 1st week of February. I just got off the phone now for a status and its in back order now until March 15- 24.. so not even a specific date of when the love seat will arrive. However i have already made two payments for merchandise i don't even have or can enjoy. What type of business are these people running. Why are you selling items that you do not have in stock or can provide within a reasonable time frame. I am very disappointed and can not cancel because i sold my old sofa thinking i would have it within the 1st time frame they provided. MY ERROR! i am not saying not to shop here, just make sure when you do that they either have it in stock or make sure to confirm you will not have to pay for the merchandise until you received it!"
