"Terrible company. I booked a magician for them for magician themed birthday party and told them a rabbit was mandatory. The magician showed up without a rabbit and was missing the plug for his speakers which I told him was unimportant. He asked if he could go down the street for an extension cord and disappeared for 90 minutes. And told me he could only perform for 40 minutes despite the fact I paid for an hour and had an animal Showing going on. When I told him no he left with an attitude. To get a refund I had to argue with some rude lady at the office that tried to make it seem like it was my fault. This place is trash."

"I hired Rivera Party and Events for my daughter's 1st birthday party on 4/17/21 . They provided catering services , face painting, magician and a bartender at a reasonable price. My family and I are a multi-cultural unit so when it came to searching for a catering company , I wanted to find someone who could make and serve delicious Haitian and Hispanic Food. Luckily , I was able to find Rivera Party and Events and spoke with Ivan and Vanessa who promised to deliver . Initially, I was skeptical because I wasn't sure how good this company was and whether they could actually cook real authentic Haitian food. Ivan ensured me that they can indeed provide delicious Haitian food among other things . The day of the event , Ivan and his team provided such excellent service from the time they got there until the time they left. The food was out of this world delicious . All of my guests raved about how good the food taste especially the Haitian food which was fried pork (Groit ) and red beans and rice . The bartender was great. Overall , Rivera Party and Events were professional and exceptional in the service they provided. I recommend this company to everyone . They provide any and everything you need for your event. "Rivera Events helped make my 40th birthday party exactly what I wanted...from the decor to the music. The party was at The Black Room at The Globe. Ivan met with me at the venue to discuss decorations and lighting, he also suggested a DJ. Everything looked beautiful and the DJ was great. I would highly recommend them for your next event!"
