Anger Management Rage Room

"We came here for my youngest son's birthday. So much fun! The boys and I had a blast smashing stuff! And to top it off it was kind of a therapeutic experience! The staff were awesome and I would definitely recommend the anger management rage room to anyone wanting to have good time and let off some steam!"

The owner and staff are so nice and were very thorough in explaining what we should expect before booking. The kids really had a great time and we will be back for more therapy!"

"The people here were amazing and I had such an awesome time. I finally found an outlet to get so much of my inner anger out. I had A lot of anger and steam that I needed to blow off and I found this place on a whim. I went in and tried it and I am so thankful I did. Lori was wonderful and guided me through everything. She was very sympathetic and kind. I got to smash so much and got to let out so much anger. I have not felt so relieved and calm in a while. "HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! What a fantastic experience! It was our first rage room experience and definitely not our last. We had no idea what to expect other than we break stuff for 30 minutes (which didn't seem like very much time). We suited up and put on head-to-toe safety gear, walked into the rage room, got our safety orientation and instructions, and then the rage inducing music started, which perfectly set the mood. I went first. I picked up my first weapon of choice, the classic baseball bat. My husband set up a wine bottle for me, I took a few practice swings and then hesitantly, went for it. I hit that bottle with so much force I totally obliterated it, WOW!!! It felt so weird at first but the next thing you know, we were taking turns letting it all out, crushing, slamming, hitting, swinging, breaking, obliterating, throwing, hammering, and yelling out primal screams while we destroyed bottles, glasses, dishes, electronics, omg it felt like we were there for 2 hours. The floor was covered in debris, we were sweating, exhausted, and emotionally cleansed. What a workout and so much fun!!! Worth every dime!!! This strange, wonderful, destructive, cleansing experience brought us closer together. It was cathartic for both of us and we can't wait to do it again!!!"
