"Friendly and very helpful trainers! Clean environment and easy to jump into classes even when you’re starting from square one. The classes are fast paced but there’s always someone available to help you with modifications and correct your form if you’re unsure about the movement. Thoroughly enjoyed my first two weeks here so far and the cherry on top is that they have child care available. My kids really enjoy spending an hour here which makes a world of a difference for me because otherwise I wouldn’t be able to get a good workout in! So glad I tried Burn Bootcamp Cape Coral. Feels good to be back in motion working on myself!"

"I love this place. This isn't normally my style of HIIT. I've been doing the "famous 45" workout for the past few years, and I haven't been able to find a place here that works. But the team at Burn is pretty rad. The workouts are INSANE, especially with my body having changed so much post pregnancy, but I get through them. And the trainers give great modification tips. The best thing, though is the child watch. That's usually the biggest obstacles when it comes to working out for me and my husband. I'm glad they took that into consideration. Check them out.
