"Had a terrible experience with this company. We booked a 3 pm escape room in the Dark Knight room. They called us at 1:15 and said somebody else had booked the room at the same time and because they could not get the other party on the phone they asked us to move our reservation to 2:00. We accommodated even though it was a half hour drive and only 45 minute notice. When we are 10 minutes away they called us AGAIN and said 2:00 pm was no longer available either and could we do 4:00 pm? We responded by saying we had already been moved and had been driving twenty minutes to get there and were met with only an "I'm sorry about the scheduling". Everyone can have an off day but it was just really unprofessional and a waste of an afternoon dealing with this company."
