"The assistant manager needs more customer service skills she’s rude and rather tell customers to return when manager is there to resolve issues that she can resolve… she has no education and on her phone complaining about her job. You should hire teenagers that have more sense than a grumpy non educated adult."
"This store doesn't have enough management now. They need to fire all heads of this district. They're all liars and they treat their employees very poorly and unprofessionally (Most of the time). The starting pay isn't any good. The higher ups capped the pay very low for EVERY POSITION, Cashiers and Assistant Managers and SM is unable to up the pay for any position without the DM's, RM and HR approval to get GOOD employees working. The higher ups won't up the pay for any and all employees (regardless of position hired) without putting up a fight and being unprofessional about the whole pay raise (they will fire you for anything, including lying on you in order to terminate your employment)... I RECOMMEND NOT SIGNING THE WRITE UPS OR WRITING A STATEMENT (It's self incrimination to fire you)... I don't recommend working for Family Dollar and/or Dollar Tree (Associated Company) to anybody. As I said above, they treat their employees very poorly (like criminals) and unprofessionally. Warning: If hired, watch out for the higher ups tricks and traps..."
