"I absolutely love this location! Every time I come in, the bear builders are always so warm and friendly! Today, Marlo and Rhys gave such exceptional service! They helped me locate the battery pack and they added batteries into my vintage Grinch. I honestly feel so happy every time I visit here. I can't recommend this location enough!"

"This place is a scam and so embarrassing. Sam was so rude we had to leave without our beat because of how rude she was and she hurt and embarrassed my 8 year old daughter. She started crying. At that point we decided to leave our purchase and go. It was such a terrible experience for the whole family."

"I went into the store due to purchasing a bear online and not being able to add the voice to my daughters dad r.i.p bear the agents over the phone where so rude and didn’t care I stay 4 hours from a store or that it was a rip bear I only made the purchase cause it was something my daughter really wanted the two girls who help me where so sweet and made my daughter special moment a moment to remember and went over and beyond to get her bear how she wanted and to capture her dads voice I was highly upset about the purchase I made online till I went into store and as I look around or listen all 4/5 girls in the store had amazing energy and where taken there time with the kid and making sure they leave with a smile….
