Regal Oakmont

"I'm not a "going to the movies" guy but came with the Mrs and granddaughter today. It's not a cheap afternoon but we all had a good time. Seats are comfortable and have great viewing angles. Theater was clean and the staff was good."

"It's better than most theaters, but still 12$ for 3 pm. tickets. They have manual recliner seats and are normally relatively clean. I still prefer Cinabestro and their yummy popcorn."

"The reclining seats are nice. I like that there's a decent amount of distance between you and the seat next to you. There's nothing special about this theater, but at the same time I can't say anything bad about it. Everything is fairly clean, their online ticket ordering system is good and staff are fairly friendly. If you're in the mood to see a movie at the theater this is a good choice of venue. I would suggest using their app or website, because it is assigned seating, so if you like sitting in particular seats, getting your tickets in advance is important. The rows are set a good ways away from the screen though, so even if you get the front row, it won't be a neck breaker. Concession has a decent selection, but of course like any other theater that's where they make their money, but it's not outrageous pricing for being movie theater concessions. All in all we've had a good experience the times we've gone here and I'd happily suggest it to friends and family. If you're an avid movie goer, they also have a monthly subscription for unlimited standard movies, and a small charge for IMAX. It's a pretty good deal and if we went to the movies more, I would definitely take advantage of it."

"First time at this Regal movie location. It was clean, nice people and good servoce. However, I always go to the downtown Sarasota Regal Theater on main street.but the movie start time at Oakmont served my need better. The only negative was the mechanical leather seats. Wide and spacious but not comfortable for the head. The downtown Regal Theater also has leather seats, but they are electrical and when they recline you can stop them anytime You don't have to hold your head up. The seats are not as wide as Oakmont. Both theaters are well managed, clean and definitely sanitized! I don't go to other theaters"

"One of the nicest theaters I’ve been to in a long time. I had no issues using my Unlimited pass and the workers were patient when explaining how to use it. Their alcohol selections aren’t half bad and weren’t exorbitantly overpriced, and I loved the reclining leather seats!"
