Dunkin'

"Went in to purchase a muffin and large hot coffee. I was told rudely that the inside was for on-line orders only. I don't care for online food ordering because I seldom get to order things the way I like them. Several other customers didn't like it either. Seems if you order on line you would opt for picking up in drive through. Leesburg on 27 doesn't have to worry, I will not return. If all locations are the same I'll bring my coffee from home and vacation on the yearly savings."

"The lady at the drive thru was an absolute angel! she was the sweetest and made my drink so nice and pretty! The food did not have that weird flavor that some dunkin’s have and it was super tasty! definitely recommend!!!"

"Now I recently went on Facebook and gave compliments to a wonderful employee here. Today is a whole different tune from another person. About 11:20 am on December 2nd. So look at who is working this day. Awful awful attitude towards my husband over THEIR mistake. They gave my mobile order to someone else and had to remake mine. Which was one whole medium coffee and a donut. Huge order right? Enough to make them huff and puff and snap his head off but as usual my husband stayed polite only to continue to be met with trashy attitude like we were the inconvenience when they did it to themselves. Oh how troubling that you had to walk to grab a donut and make one coffee. I'm so sick of hateful people. Keep the nice ones and toss the rude ones aside. I am so disgusted by the hatefulness over having to fix something."

"I waited at least 15 minutes at the register just for someone to acknowledge me. The person preparing food had long braids under his butt and no hair net. I witnessed his hair drag into the food he was preparing. Disgusting. No organization, no sense of urgency. Only prioritizing the drive thru although the inside was packed."

"The store was rather busy but the service was still great. We got a hot latte in butter pecan flavor and the drink was perfect. Their chives and onion stuffed bagels were also perfect. The customer service was great as well."
