"No experience but the reviews tell a lot about a place & your reviews are horrible! I'm a local guide & was looking to join until I read about your rude employees, cleaning woman & manager. I assume you are a franchise owner otherwise you should be fired allowing the nonsense that goes on there! I won't be joining your gym & expect you are losing business due to your obvious lack of leadership. Feel free to berate me as that is apparently your deal but know that all reviews should be addressed with a real solution instead of fake concern that doesn't fix the problem. Just from the poor reviews I won't join PF or recommend you to anyone. You really should be more interested in your reviews than your employees!"

"Some if these bad reviews are laughable.....I've been coming to this gym ever since they opened and I'm there to work out almost everyday. Never had a issue with staff. Staff has always been personable and if you should have a question it is always addressed and they are happy to help. So don't always believe what you read on bad reviews it's a gossip column for bordom"

"We were traveling from our of state, and stopped by this location. Our black card membership would not allow us to check in, and we were told that we would not be able to to come anymore until we contacted corporate. We showed them our accounts on our phone, showing we had valid black card memberships out of Indiana, which we purchased to use nationwide while traveling. We have stopped at Planet Fitness locations all over the country, and have never had a problem, only with this location. There were multiple treadmills broken, and the tanning bulbs were old and not at all hot. If I was corporate, I would definitely make this location get on board with the rest of the country. Terrible!!!"

"This is my all time favorite gym!! The staff are always so nice and courteous. I have never had any issues with any of the members or staff. There is a variety of equipment and they are all inclusive and judgment free. I see a lot of bad reviews here and all I have to say is if you don’t like the place, find another gym! There’s one on Spring Hill Drive if you don’t like the one on Cortez. I’m just saying!"

"122623 I have the perfect idea. In order to pay for an outside keypad and give customers more access to the gym, especially during holidays, cut the staff. We don't need 4-5 people in there doing nothing at the desk. 12/23. I have been to several planet fitness in my travels. Cortez is the worst for upkeep by staff. Last visit 3 different paper towels ran out. They WAIT rather than make sure it doesn't happen. Spa benefits are out dated and we pay extra for it. Maybe cut some the slacking staff. No reason to see 3 to 4 people standing around at front desk. Use that money to make thing better for the members. ----------------‐------------------------ This email has been sent. Make the customer wait has become the motto here. Not comfortable with Manger. Seems too close to staff to be fair. Family and business do not mix. -1 star staff eating at desk,and sometimes there have been 3. -1 star for customers having to wait.-1 star for the complacent of the staff."
