"Alright, Millhopper, I'm giving you five of five. Despite some complaints, your friendly service and incredibly fast WiFi speeds are just too good, so much so that they outshine your faults. Faults? On two occassions, the men's restroom was out of stock, and it could definitely use some heavy cleaning. While I could also lodge a complaint about the somewhat slap-dash and dodgy furnishings, I understand that most of it is donated and comes with a history. Again, your friendly service is out of this world, and I could not believe how fast your WiFi speed is. The many power outlets, separate study areas, and quiet room are all added benefits, and the surrounding environment for the grounds is absolutely beautiful. Based simply on the service and WiFi speeds, I would already come back to this location. Very nice!"
