"I found out about Air Essentials through my neighborhood sales center. They use their scents exclusively in their model homes and it is amazing every time you walk in the door. I bought the 3500 unit and have tried out a few of the scents. My personal favorite is Miami Beach. Recently I needed some support from their customer service and Angelos was very helpful. She walked me through some steps to identify the issue and then helped me resolve it. If you love scent throughout your home this is well worth the price."

"Worst customer service ever. Went in to buy some headphones. The cashier was pretty unpleasant from the beginning. She asked if I wanted the receipt and I said no. I literally walked the next gate over and sat down for 2 minutes. I realized I didn’t have the right adapter to go into my phone. (Which requires a flat insert and this was a circle.) I went back in the store to grab a n adapter which they did not sell. I asked the cashier who literally saw me 2 min prior and asked if I could return them since they were useless without the adapter. She said “you don’t have a receipt.” I told her she just saw me 2 min ago purchase this product and still said she couldn’t return them. Absolutely disgusting and dishonest. I will NEVER give my money to this company ever again."

"Great place to pick up all the essential stuff that you need on your travels or that you may have forgotten. Good selection of last minute necessities such as snacks, water, reading material, Tylenol, even toys etc. The prices are reasonable considering that the shop is located in the Airport. It has something for all ages!"
