"Don't bring anything into this store to be repaired. Our experience is that our sunglasses that we dropped off and got a claim ticket for, got stolen while in their possession. The worst part is that they claim we picked up the sunglasses that we dropped off for repair, which of course, we never did. Horrible customer service, but sadly, someone common in Miami."

"I bought an $800 belt with an interchangeable buckle. The buckle was not in inventory, so they had to order it; and they said it will take a week, and they will call me when it arrives. After a month, I realized that they never called me, so I went to the store. When they brought the buckle to me, it was clearly opened and used. I do not know if it was in display or it was a returned buckle, but it was definitely not brand new. I think that it is a shame to charge $200 for a buckle and then hand you an open one. Salvatore Ferragamo. I rate an F in Customer Service. Shame on you."
