"I dropped off a nice/expensive pair of matte leather boots and requested they be cleaned and conditioned what I received back was unbelievable. I am now left trying to strip this “brown” polish off of them in an attempt to make them better. Wish I had a picture of them when they were dropped off to compare, but I don’t so I’ve grabbed a picture of the website that I purchased them from."
"Horrible service!!! Droped a pair of heels for heel tap replacement on a Saturday morning. I was promised I would have them 2 days later. I never recieved a call & went in the following Saturday. They NEVER replaced the heel tap, only cut the old ones off. I shared my disappointment because I needed the shoes for a wedding that day. No compassion at all for my inconvience. Didn't even offer to make it right.One of the owners began to tell me not many people are as competent as him, & can repair shoes. I'm thinking in my head BUT YOU DIDN'T EVEN FIX MINE? Why yell at me because you didnt deliver on the expectation that YOU put in place.... I was told I would have my shoes in 2 days. They didn't even offer to just fix it while I was there. DON'T WASTE YOU TIME OR MONEY!!! THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING!!!!!!"
"Mixed feelings about the service I received. They're super friendly here, and mean well. Perhaps not the best place to take your $300 H&H jacket for zipper repair. It took 5 weeks to repair, and the zipper they chose was not the one we talked about using. The zipper they chose was exactly what was in there previously (I wanted a plastic zipper to avoid metal from rusting) but is too short for my jacket so it doesn't zip up all the way now. When I picked the jacket I thought it was just a little dirty, but when I got home I realized that it was covered in glue that won't wash off. I paid $28 for this. Would have rather paid $75 and have it done correctly."
