"Located under the Rickenbacker Causeway. If you’re driving from Miami you have to pay toll and drive on the bridge and drive around back and under the bridge, once you get off. It’s easy to find because there are cars parked on the side of the road."

"I wish City of Miami officials would clean the area up and make it a nicer attraction. The absolute BEST views of the Miami skyline (from land) are under the South side of the William Powell Bridge. Absolutely breathtaking to see the different colored lights on the buildings as the shine and reflect off of glorious Biscayne Bay! The Magic City at its finest!!"
