"Good morning, I work out there three times a week Monday Wednesday and Fridays. The lights in the parking lot needs to be on, there not. The lights around Joe Celestine building needs to be repaired and on. Because I come at 4:30 a.m. in the morning and the park is used all the time, with people in the neighborhood. Great Park. Be glad when they finish the rest."
