"been there quite a few times. stopped going because of the non-disclosed 18% gratuity added to every check. we found out they stopped doing that so we went back. It's a nice facility. We like to bowl and eat and drink, but this last time the lanes were dry and floors were sticky. we asked the front desk and were told that they only cleaned and oiled the lanes for the leaguers that night. They charge a lot of money and we don't mind paying, but being told they only take care of lanes for leagues was not a good response. We tried to complain to the manager but that was just a waste of breath. We waited 20min before we had to ask someone else to get him for us. When Octavius finally came over he was just dismissive, rude and not professional at all. Now we know where the front desk person gets it from. Octavius is not management material."

"The Bowling Alley was nice and clean but the bartender sucked. I sent my drink back twice and then switched it to another drink and it was still horrible. I would have given an higher rating if it was not for the terrible drinks. Our host/helper was great. A really sweet young man. I will go back there but I will not order alcoholic beverages again."

"My son’s 15th birthday party was at your Boca location recently. Everyone that attended had a blast! The facility was clean, food was good and the atmosphere was fun! When I contacted the GM Octavious beforehand to reconfirm, he was very kind and helpful. When we checked in, Adrian reconfirmed the details, and had everything ready for us! Our server Mark was awesome too, he didn’t miss a beat! We never had to ask for anything because he made sure we had everything, even boxes for leftover. These guys took care of everything so we could enjoy ourselves, and we did. Kudos and thank you, Bowlero!"
