"I’m a new runner and went in at the beginning of January to get fitted for shoes. They didn’t have the color I wanted so when I purchased mine they shipped them to my house. 10 business days go by and no shoes. I call them back asking about the shoes and they claim hoka cancelled the order or they were delivered which they weren’t. They tell me they’re going to ship them again. 9 business days go by still no shoes. They had my email and my phone number and couldn’t update me at all on what was even happening with my shoes. No updates or help until I have to call again. Now after my third time ordering them they told me that the shipping manager couldn’t confirm that they got there or not so he DIDNT EVEN ORDER THEM THE SECOND TIME! So was waiting for nothing and nobody even told me that. I’m now waiting for my third 7-10 business days for these shoes. Thanks for nothing. Update: it’s been 3 business days and still no confirmation update."
