"Great location for fun at the beach then eat at the bench at the park"
"One of our favorite beaches to hang out at while we’re in Florida. Started off a little rainy, but it cleared up quick. Always such great views and plant life. They’ve got a few bungalows overlooking the beach that we really enjoy eating lunch at. Always a great place to find shells. Been coming here since I was a kid. It’s definitely become more popular over the years. Good size parking lot, but you might want to get there early because it’s fills up quick these days."
"It is a very beautiful beach. You pay for the parking according to what time, we did not have to pay. To get to the beach there are some stairs or a fairly steep path, which I don't think is accessible for wheelchairs. The baths were closed that day. It is beautiful, calm, white sand and crystal clear water."
"Very pretty beach with not as many people as some beaches have. The days I went, there were some rough surfs and alot of Man-O-Wars and signs were posted. After the climb up from the parking area ,which can be rough (or impossible) for handicapped and elderly, there are some tiki huts available to sit under for some shade. Continue to the small walkway decking down to the beach and you will see beautiful waters. Not many people went in the 2 days I went due to the Man-o-wars . It's possible to find some decent shells if you do alittle digging. There were signs posted 'no dogs', but there are plenty of people bringing their pups. Maybe it's only a certain time they aren't allowed...not too sure. There are showers once done for the day. Free parking for the morning only, then it's $5 per hour. If back in the area, I would for sure come back to this beach."
"Loved this gorgeous park! Pay to park but SO worth it! Bathrooms small. Uphill climb from stairs or ramp. Hard walk/climb for those with arthritis and health issues. But again so worth it. Super nice thatched picnic area with awesome views. Beach was clean and not very crowded. The water was beautiful and clear. Very nice area to visit."
