"If I could give this business 0 I would I will never shop here or recommend this to anyone unfortunately, I love supporting black owned businesses but this customer service is ridiculous and unprofessional. I paid for 2-3 shipping which she did not use after speaking with UPS the sender she uses I was advised she paid for regular ground 3-5 so basically she’s taking that 25$ and making as if you did get the 2-3 shipping I’m not going back and forth about it but she blocked me after I approached her about this hoping we could come to an resolution but of course it went different."
