"I have never received better customer service from a retail store. Monica was AMAZING. I called looking for a pacific sandal for vacation that was sold out on line and she went out of her way to find it for me. The shoe was sold out at all locations, but she suggested a similar pair and several other options. I ended up buying a different pair of sandals, but I was totally satisfied with the service provided by Monica.☺️"

"Kudos for an amazing customer service. Rare to find and feel so welcomed. I did not know Melissa store was there but we passed by when I decided to stop by and browse. I have purchased my first Melissa flip flops many many years ago. I went inside and saw few items I saw online. It was nice to try them in person and not go all the way to Lincoln Road. A young woman name Gina was assisting me and this is all 30min prior to closing. Without hesitation and rush she suggested different sizes and brought out for me to try so many different styles. Gina is an exceptional example of superior customer service. Every store needs employee like her. She was kind, caring to assist and very patient. Even if I was to decide not to get anything, I would have at least gotten one pair because she worked so hard to make a customer happy-;). At the end I got two pairs and love them. I already got a compliment on these black platforms that I wore on the next day. All super comfy. At the outlet they have promos and I was able to use my 15% online first time purchase promo too. Thank you and thanks for a nice beach bag that came with it!"
