"Really bad experience. My family and I were in line for about 15 minutes and we got to the cashier they told us there was a waiting period of 1 hour and 40 minutes, we said ok and waited. when got a phone message our turn is good for bowling and we got to the cashier they told us we needed to get back in line with the rest of the people that had just gotten there. That was not fair at all. Me and my family and friends and coworkers will never step inside this place. They didn't even apologized, they didn't even warned us about the process to bowl. Very Unsatisfied customer"

"We held our World AIDS Day Tribute Reception at Boardwalk Bowl last week. I cannot say enough good things about our experience there. We are a small nonprofit without a large budget and Boardwalk Bowl Manager, Ali and her assistant Mary were phenomenal at helping us determine what food/beverage choices were best for our event and our budget. Additionally, Ali was available and as involved as we needed her to be while we were setting up for the event. The event staff and food servers went above and beyond, as did the bartending staff. We did not find one person who was inconsistent or less than professional. That is hard to find! I am a bit of a picky eater and don't typically enjoy finger foods. The food was excellent. It was brought out on time, was hot, and came with everything we needed. We received personable, professional, and fair services from Ali and all her staff. We can't wait to work with her again!"

We were given so many options for dinner selections, 2 hours of free bowling, an easy line of communication with the staff and bartenders and an all around perfect night. Alli was SO HELPFUL setting up the occasion and making sure the whole night went off without a hitch! 1000/10 would have an event there again!"
