"My husband and I are competitive senior runners in our 70s, and we were both looking for new running shoes. We went on a Sunday, and were waited on immediately. Our salesman, Malek was a very knowledgeable young man. He did a terrific job of accurately measuring our feet and testing our foot strikes, and then recommending the right shoe for each of us based on those results. Great experience. Some would say they are expensive, but you have to weigh the value of the screening and recommendations we received. We will go back!"
"Even though the associate was by herself today as 2 people called out she was super! They do have the 3D scanner and pressure plates. You don’t have to run or be dressed to run if you want a fitting. It’s barefoot and a few walking steps. I am so glad I went because I was wearing running shoes an entire whole size too small. My running shoe size is not the same as my street / office shoe size. Who knew! Fantastic place and lots of options. All size in stock. I highly recommend."
"I like the store well enough, but if they don't have my size, I have to order the item and pay shipping (unless it's over 100). If you have a coupon, you end up paying shipping if the total with the coupon is less than 100. There have been several times when they didn't have shoes or specific socks in my size and I either have to wait until I have 100 dollars worth of order or pay the shipping. They can't get it from another store or order to the store. I'm basically penalized for having wide feet because they don't carry lots of options. I understand how inventory works, but it's basically a penalty for having a wide foot, which is something that is out of my control. By the time I spend money ordering from their site, I may as well just order directly from the brand's site or Amazon. Because there's not really a benefit to me for buying from them. Occasionally they do have my size. Or they used to when they first took over FitNiche. It's been a total miss the last few times I went in there. Other running stores either order to the store or get the item from a sister store. The employees are always really nice and they do carry Junk headbands, Gus, Sport Beans, cute hats, and Goodr sunglasses."
"I'm very upset with my experience! My dad has been buying shoes here for quite some time and took me in to buy some as a gift. They were very nice in the store and allowed me to order the color I wanted and shipped it to my house. I got notified before delivery that they had sent me the shoes in a men's size. When I called, they told me I could either pay for new shoes outright to get them faster and return the wrong shoes once I received them, or come in after I have received the shoes and exchange them for the right size. I decided I would wait for the shoes and come in and I asked if I would need my dad's card to order the new shoes, and they had told me no. Come to find out they only offer returns and no exchanges. I'm extremely upset with the way this was handled and the amount of misinformation from the employees, especially when you are paying $180 for shoes!"
