"Terrible customer service. Maybe selling fakes. Would never buy from them. Wife purchase purse from this merchant and it was stuffed into a box way too small. Very disappointed in how they handled the shipping of the item. What was supposed to be a new dooney and bourke bag appeared used and crushed. No tags were attached and owners claim that they don't sell them with tags. We were unable to authenticate if the purse is real or fake. Requested return and refund - received a nonsensical email from owner instead refusing to address any concerns. Buy at your own risk."
