The Great Escape Room Miami

"My boyfriend and I travel alot and we've made it part of our travels to always do an escape room where ever we go. This was the worst one we've gone to. We did the game room. The first thing was totally different than the other places we've been to was having the game master in the room with you. I mean we know in other escape rooms people are watching on cameras but it's more awkward to have them in the room. Then escaping the room itself was more of a scavenger hunt. Sure in other escape rooms you scavenge for some clue but this one you had to look for a certain amount of things to even get a clue. Literally just trying to find all the items you need takes up most of the time if not all of it. It wasn't fun at all and when you did ask for a "clue", it was already something we knew or was working on already. Also if you're trying to get to the entrance it's in the back. Which would have been good to know, since we were walking in circles trying to find it."

"I went with my two tween/early teen children for the Bunker escape room and we assumed we would be grouped with other people in an experience that requires at least 5 people to solve. Once we entered the escape room, we were told that it was the hardest experience they had and no clues offered. At this point, the moderator (who awkwardly sits in the room with you) should have offered us an alternate option as it was just the 3 of us. The game was more about solving puzzles (extremely challenging) and many of the pieces were broken/falling apart and outdated. Not the experience we were looking for."

"Probably the worst escape room I have been to. I have been to around 20 escape rooms. It was awkward to have the game master in the room with us. The room is more about finding puzzle pieces than solving puzzles. Some puzzle pieces were broken. Lastly, when we did not solve the puzzles in time, the game master didn’t tell us how to solve the room, that was a first. It was no big deal since we were not planning on going back."

"Did the Sherlock Holmes small room with my sister and 7 year old. I called beforehand to see if it was appropriate for younger kids and was told it was fun for all ages - even geared towards younger ages. While it was fun finding all the clues, the puzzles were insanely hard. We didn’t even come close to figuring anything out and were pretty let down after spending $100.00. We were expecting something more kid friendly. The workers with us were very kind and we appreciated their help."
