"I sent my daughter 19 with my son who is 5 to take him to his school event for 1 hour. When she got there, he saw his friends and got super excited until the staff told my daughter she had to be 21 to come in with her 5 year old brother. I had my daughter when I was 17 and I never had a problem taking her to Chuck E Cheese when she was little. After calling to speak to the manager, I was told it is corporate policy and that they couldn't do anything about it. I was also told that if a group of teens showed up to hang out and play they all had to be 18 to get in. But my daughter who is 19 could not come in with her little brother. I'm now wondering if they turn away all teen moms trying to enjoy a day with their child. And how they must make these teen moms feel when they're told they cannot go into their facilities with THEIR OWN CHILD. As a teen mom myself I am completely appalled by these rules and do not imagine EVER taking my children back. I will also encourage all young moms to just take their kids elsewhere ... where they will be welcomed and greeted with respect and care instead of someone questioning how old you are compared to the child you are bringing in. Absolutely ridiculous"

"My visit to Chuck E. Cheese was simply amazing. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the energy and excitement that filled the place. "I will always love Chuck e cheese and my daughter being 16 and my son being 13 we still wanted to go there. The only thing I was disappointed was that there was no Chuck E. Where did he go we saw the stage was gone it was actually disheartening to see younger kids looking forward to the icon to come out and throw some tickets or some candy or something or sing the song but nothing. And I know we are going paperless but the kids love collecting the tickets and hearing the munching machine. All that nostalgia is gone. And of course now its it was our last hoorah. Unfortunate for the new kiddos. Thanks"
