"I Purchased a $400 worth of Yeezys for my daughter from impossible kicks because my shoe from goat didn’t come in time! I live 2 plus hrs away. Unfortunately, when I got home my daughter couldn’t wear the shoes. So I took the shoe back to return. I was told they couldn’t give me my money back but they could give me store credit(which was money on a gift card) because my daughter didn’t see any shoes in the store she liked. Which was fine because I purchase shoes for my kids all the time. We always in Orlando to shop or do other activities. Needless to say, when we went school shopping we went back to purchase shoes from impossible kicks with the gift card and the receipt I was given the first time. My daughter now see a shoe she try it on and can fit it get to the register now it’s no money on the card. I couldn’t get the shoes she’d seen. I went through management and I was told they’d have to call corporate and give me a call before the end of the day. Well I never received a call and when I called them back I was told the manager was gone for the day. I called the next morning and was told they were still talking with corporate. Well I still never received a call. The supposedly manager sent text saying I brought shoes out of Miami with the card. I asked for pictures of the shoes, the receipt and the date they were bought. I Never went to Miami to go shopping and the shoes he sent I never purchased. The receipt he sent was hand written. They are rip offs. I’m out of my money and my daughter shoes. I’ll never purchase from this store again!! Bad business and very unprofessional!!"
