"Got my keys stolen in the women’s locker room along with 5 other women. The thief came in under a guest name (no ID taken I guess?) I watched the manager leave after doing nothing, was told to come back next morning, only to find out the next day all of the info gets erased on guests from previous day… he just didn’t want to deal with it. Had to file police report and everything. Otherwise, it’s extremely busy and over sold. Sooo many people during rush hours. No hand sanitizer, not even if you ask."

"I’m really disappointed with this gym. Most of the water fountains are down. There was a slob in the men’s sauna pouring multiple bottles of water all over himself. The sauna was a stinking sloppy mess with puddles of water mixed with the slob’s sweat. Who am I supposed to tell? The cute girl working the desk? The men’s bathroom and sauna area is usually kind of gross as a matter of course. It’s really embarrassing and not worth my membership fees. This gym really should be on top of these things."

"I have been coming down here for the past 13 years and up until 2 years ago I could walk in pay for a one day or even a month membership with no problem. The last 2 years has been like I’m committing a crime by just coming in for a day or two. Couldn’t use a free pass because I don’t have a Florida license. I have proof of having a residence here which will be permanent in another two years but they didn’t care. When I’m a permanent resident I will be joining another gym."

"Natalie is an amazing trainer! I’ve been working with her for about 5 months now and she’s been so helpful with my goals. I also love that she’s attentive to each of her clients personally, and really focuses on the needs of each individual! And the gym is also always clean and machines are great."
