"Donations accepted M-Th 10-4, none accepted on Fridays. Great prices and selection. Store us clean and organized!"
"really nice store but don't expect friendly service if you don't conform to the staff's obvious traditional values. my friend and i, both alternative presenting and pretty openly queer, gave the store a visit yesterday and were treated much differently than everybody else there. other customers were greeted warmly and offered help, staff wouldn't even look at us. i found several pieces in this store that i liked but ended up not buying anything because i did not feel welcome. it was a very uncomfortable experience and i won't be back."
"I love thrifting and I was in High Springs today 4/6/23 on a road trip and decided to stop in this thrift store. I received a cold reception as soon as I walked in the door I had to say hello to the clerk and then I got a hello back whereas when I went in the other room somebody walked in and she immediately said hello to them without them saying hello first. She started hovering around me engaging in busy work which was very annoying and deliberate. The final straw was when I was looking at the dresses and she comes up to put a dress on the rack, which she could have done when I was done looking at dresses, and pushes a whole section of dresses right into where I was looking, that was it I left. So rude. I believe she was judging the book by the cover which is very rude since I'm a retired RN I'm 64 years old and I drive a Nissan Rogue she might have made a lot of money today except for the fact that she pushed me out of her store by being judgemental. It was not the woman working in the back with the dark hair by the man that was doing construction it was the woman that was at the front by the register when I first walked in."
"They have a good selection and great prices. However, I bought some pieces for a play. They did not fit. I called and was told they did returns, but when I went in I was told there are no refunds, store credit or exchanges. Since the items don't work I handed them over as donations (bc what am I going to do with them). So now they get to make double money and I am stuck out of luck."
"If you didn't know about this place it's at the end of the main strip and around the corner on the side of the street Great Outdoors is on. It's a nice little shop with many rooms inside and great finds, loved that there was an entire room for books. The staff though was definitely one of the best things about the shop, very nice and friendly and knowledgeable about the area with great local suggestions that turned out amazing!"
