"Newly finished pedestrian walkway on the 1st avenue created an area that floods very quickly (after any light rain) and it takes a couple days to dry out. It looks like construction blocked a sewage that damages the road and blocks the way for pedestrians to actually use the crossroad."
"This is a great use of space underneath the metro line. It serves as a public transportation hub, a green space with plenty of places to sit, soccer and ping pong facilities, and capable of hosting performance arts."
"Beautiful. Take a walk. Walk the dog. Look at the butterflies. The vegetation is beautiful. Please do not let your dog urinate on the plants. Kills them."
"The 2 stars is related to the current and total lack of any trail-info-to-pedestrian/riders while construction is happening. Sadly long segments of the path have been blocked off and poorly signaled to explain to current bike riders how to proceed thru the under-construction segments of the path. Or what alternative are viable and available to ride on. It is so hazardous, precarious and ill-planned to block the path yet not provide any information at all to riders as to what to expect for alternative pathways. Some portions simply come to a full block and users have to jump over barricades unless the prev riders/ pedestrians move the barricade themselves. These long term projects need to build into the design all proper alternative routes so pedestrians and bike riders can seek those options while construction is active"
