"My friends and I reserved a ‘VIP’ section lane for 2 hours of bowling. Be advised, the pins in this part of the alley are on tethers! We noticed that it definitely affects the movement of the pins during gameplay and we’re not really expecting that. The service in the VIP area and the nice couches at each lane were very good. Before playing we stopped in at the bar and had a burger and some boneless wings, decent bar food and not that pricey. Arcade is a nice addition to the bowling experience and the air hockey and hoops were our favorite. Laser tag is also very cool and the floorplan / layout of the laser tag arena is two stories and fun! Overall a good experience but we won’t be using the VIP area next time, the tethers were a real turn-off."

"We had my son's 22nd birthday here and it was awesome there is so much to do in this place and we didn't even get to really experience almost half of it we pretty much just did the bowling and the food and it was great. We both for 3 hours we didn't get bothered by anybody It was nice we did the VIP lane really cool experience really nice bowling everybody was friendly. And the food was kind of okay The macaroni and cheese bites are probably the best ones I've ever had anywhere and I've had many but the chicken strips were nothing really special just your basic breading and the mozzarella sticks kind of tasted like Arby's not going to lie. But I've had their pizza before and I know that's really good All in all great experience we can't wait to go back."

"Fun place to drink and hang out with friends! We liked playing pool there. It costs about a dollar in quarters to play. Their Moscow Mules taste great. It has a nice atmosphere and was full of people when we went."

"I can not put into words how disappointed my family was in the service we received for my daughters 11th birthday party. We got there on time and they would not let us use our reserved lanes bc the previous people were still using it.So we had to approach the lanes and asked the people if they were finished,which they were.Then we had to ask to have the area cleaned.The young lady who came by to clean had the biggest attitude, especially when I asked her to have the game reset which she said thT was not her job and she was not even suppose to be cleaning this lane.Then I said that was not good customer service she the yelled at me that I was disrespectful.My thoughts were, let's just say what and the world is going on in this place.The employee continued to yell at me as I asked for the manager Let's say the manager (Corissa)was not much of a manager.. Now, the second issue we had. We just decided to order pizza which came with no utensils.So we had to go track down paper plates, while doing this another group took our table.I reached back out to manager and she said tables are not guaranteed, even if we reserved two lanes for a party prior., does not make sense to me. See photoTHE FUNNY PART WAS WE ASKED WHERE OUR SERVER WAS AND THE MANAGER SAID , ONCE AGAIN YOU AR Not guaranteed a server. So i guess the robots get the gratuity from the bill? The manager stated nobody forces you to add gratuity to , they only had two kiosks working for waivers, which had a line out the door. This place is obviously ran by kids with no service experience. The only person who helped us near the end of our time was Rachell, only good employee.I found it amazing she was running around crazy while other employees just stood around goofing off. Worst experience this place perfect example of bad leadership leads to bad employees.I expected at least an apology from the rude employee.but I guess they are encourage to have this behavior"

"What a nice place for a bowling alley. We ate there also and the food was fantastic. We visited for my sons friends birthday. We ate before joining the party in the bowling lanes. It’s clean, has many things for kids as well as adults to do and just a fun atmosphere. The food was delicious, we had a blast bowling and the kids played laser tag. I noticed pool tables, an arcade, bars and a robot brought out our food and sang my sons friend Happy Birthday. All around really cool experience. Would definitely recommend trying it out."
