"The Thunder by the Bay annual charity motorcycle ride and show is back at Robarts arena and the Sarasota Fairgrounds. There are stunning customized bikes in the arena along with many activities during the three day event. Unfortunately it was raining torrentially and the Grand Funk Railroad concert was canceled! I was disappointed but still enjoyed everything else. And to support this great charity event. The event is a fundraiser to help local special needs children,teens and adults. It is definitely worth at least a day at the fairgrounds. Highly recommended."

"Friday night at the Sarasota Fairgrounds for the annual Sarasota Fair held outside and inside the Robarts Arena. There is something for everyone, farm animals, plants, camels, dog show, fried everything, oreos, funnel cakes, corn dogs, live country music, lemonade, indoor flea markets from solar panels to old coins for sale, rides galore and more food, neon lights everywhere and so much more... We were impressed how well organized the fair was and everything was laid well and made it easy to go from rides to food, drinks, and see all the sights sounds of a full blown fairgrounds. Parking was easy and close by, plenty of security and police everywhere. A great crowd just out having fun at the fairgrounds with their family and friends. This was a worthy event to attend and enjoy. Kids loved it and had a grand ole time. 4-H Youth onsite with a agricultural animal competition, cows galore and a sight to see. Vendors everywhere selling everything and lots of cool stuff to see and buy. Southern charm was everywhere."

"Got a wristband for$25 so we could ride as much as we wanted! Belle City Amusements had a large variety of rides for children, adults and plenty that kids and their parents can ride together. Phenomenal steak tips dinner with red potatoes and mushrooms if you like for the same price as a sausage sandwich and the best elephant ears!! Besides the rides though there were 4H animals and indoor booths selling LOTS of things!!"
