"One of the worst hospital that you can bring a sick child too. I Have never experience something like this . When checking in my toddler a two year old had to go to the restroom and was not allowed by the lady who was checking us in. She refused to allow us to go to the restroom real quick while we were checking in after asking a few times politely that we needed to go to the restroom. She kept saying when I am done he can go . My child was screaming that he was going to have an accident and she didn’t care . Of course not I didn’t waited I took my child to the restroom. Never again I will come back here!"

"The doctors and nurses were fine, nothing especial. It took them a few hours to bring me to my private room after the delivery. However, the Adm staff is very disappointing. I provided them with my insurance information twice, once when checking in and just before leaving the hospital. Still, they managed to charge as self-pay and send my bill to collections because they didn't have my address on file. Now, I just found out they failed to file for my daughter's SSN, despite of giving me a signed statement I would get my daughter SSN card within 6 weeks"

"This is my second delivery here. Both experiences were amazing but this round I was so impressed. Every person I came into contact with was friendly, attentive and incredible. Even the lady from the 24 hour pharmacy and the people taking the food orders had the most amazing attitudes. My nurses were beyond expectation. Ashley, Jennifer, Amanda and Maggie were especially Phenomenal and I’m sure I missed some because they were all just so great."

"My grandma was recently a patient at the Women and Children's Pavilion while recovering from a blood clot in her leg. Her nurses were not attentive at all and the staff there was not friendly in the slightest. When she was transported back to the nursing home she stays at the caretakers there were appalled at how dirty she was. She had sores and had soiled undergarments that had been dirty for awhile. I am disappointment and disgusted at the lack of care and compassion from the nurses on this floor. Floor 7 to be exact. You would think at a brand new, beautiful medical facility the employees would match the environment but that is clearly not the case. Your nurses either need to be retrained or fired. They obviously do not care for their geriatric patients or are incapable of doing their jobs properly."

"Just had a baby here this place was wonderful. I did bring my 3 year old in and was worried that she had pneumonia because her cough was terrible and seemed like she couldn't breath and the doctor didn't want to do anything at all. They told me make a doctors appointment. Kind of disappointing. But the baby delivery was great. The other side of the hospital the emergency room not so much."
