"Love the ecco brand , but unfortunately not this specific store. Been trying to buy shoes from here for two days, but no luck. The first time they decided to close the doors 10 min before schedule hours on the door. Second time I decide to call them before hit the road, and been told they are open till 5 pm. When I came there around 12.30 pm it’s was the sign on the door Be back shortly , after 30 min shopping around came back to Ecco store and the new sign on the door Sorry, we close today! Very unprofessional! You can’t disrespect you customers like that, specially if you world wide brand. This kind of stuff shouldn’t happen in Simon group malls."

"Love my shoes that I got but the store associates were rude and unhelpful. One girl tried to help but was unknowlegeable about my questions. When we went to check out I was told that there was no military discount on clearance shoes. Ok I can understand that but when I got to my car I remembered that only one pair was on clearance so I went back and asked for the discount on my other shoes. Then I was informed that the military discount was not on any sale or clearance items. I find that disheartening considering I have been shopping sales all day at the outlet and have recieved a military discount even on sale and clearance items. Super sad that my celebratory shopping for a promotion at work ended were such a hassle."
