"I got my first set of scrubs from them yesterday and I haven't worn them yet. They appear to be well made and seem like they are good scrubs for a good price. I am giving them 3 stars because I had contacted them concerning shipping times, as it takes a very long time for them to arrive. Customer service was very short with me and I felt like they were rude. They really need to work on this... I seriously feel like the shipping costs are high for it to take so long to get the items. I could have went to wherever and picked them up in the time I was waiting for them."

The customer service individual tried to blame it on COVID but you can only use that excuse for so long. There are vaccines now. I will not be purchasing anything from here EVER again."

"Ordered two pair of work shorts over 3 weeks ago. Was told on 3 different occasions that I would receive them on a certain day and all 3 times times passed and no product. Called again today and I was AGAIN assured that my items would be received NEXT week. An entire month to receive an order? Asked for a refund on my shipping since their policy stated I’d receive no later than 13 days, and was told by customer service to send an email to customer service requesting it!? Customer service lacking in this company. Will never use them again."
