"Super cute place for kids! Definitely geared towards ages 3-7. The areas are nice, and there’s a good variety of areas to play pretend and interact in. The staff is hit or miss. We just recently went and the lady working was on her phone when we walked in, was very rude almost as if we were bothering her. We have a pass and when I got it, I was told I only needed 1 because kids aged 9+ are considered adults, and the pass included 2 adults or I would pay the $5 extra adult fee for her. She is almost 10. My other daughter is 1 and my oldest was sitting on the floor showing her how to press the buttons on a cash register and the lady walked by and sighed under her breath “you play next time you pay”. They have signs that encourage you to play with your little ones, and she certainly wasn’t off doing her own thing. She also questioned where my kids socks were upon check-in and I explained that I was told we get a new pair each visit with having a pass, and instead of being inviting like “hey! Welcome back, do you need a new pair of socks for this visit?” But instead I had to defend myself. I felt her comments were uncalled for and when working in a kids establishment, you should certainly be more welcoming. She has red hair and glasses incase management is wondering who this was."

"Fun place for kids to play and a great place for little kids birthday parties. We had my son’s 5th birthday there and the staff was phenomenal. We had several guests with special needs and they bent over backwards to accommodate us. They even opened early for us so that our kids with sensory needs did not get overwhelmed by a crowd. Really had a top notch experience and would definitely recommend."

"Really fun place! My 2.5 and 4 year old loved all the themed play rooms (vet, bakery, diner, grocery, etc) plus a bounce house! Admission is for the day so you can leave to eat and come back. There was ample seating everywhere and bathrooms were clean. We'll definitely be back!"
