"I do not recommend it for the price they charge, it is a shame, stay away from this CRYSTAL BALLROM ON THE LAKE, the place is beautiful but the new management is shameful. On December 9, 2023, we celebrated my daughter's fifteenth birthday and everything was a disaster, starting because the stairs They were not in operation, they made a mess because the city closed them, we arrived at 4 and everything was dirty with a bad smell, because they had celebrated a wedding before, then they were supposed to deliver everything at 5:30 It was 7:00 and they didn't take it out either. the drinks and the food for the cocktail, the guests were waiting for an hour and a half, I had to pay for that hour and a half delay to the photographers and videographers because of the poorly trained staff, then they kept all the free food that they had. You are paying 13 thousand dollars and they charge you $620 dollars more than what is supposed to be for the tip when seriously the service was terrible they did not comply with what was said the decorations were all half done it was a horror but, we went and complained but.how.they already had the money bagged, they reluctantly helped us when we asked for a refund of 500 dollars for insurance, the girl named Dash just threw the envelope on the table and left. I give it one star because you can't give it less than one. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT IT IS A SCAM THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU WHAT THEY PROMISE"

"Beautiful setting, gorgeous view and hall. The only reason for a 4 star is simply because of the parking issue. If you have a large enough party the parking becomes a slight problem"

"After coming off such a wonderful event, I could not help but to give a special Thank you to The Crystal Ballroom staff, Dash your helpful ways provided our team with great service and Your Floral and Design Team brought our vision to life and ensured that the evening would be Enchanted and that it was. So thankful that I added the Food Manager selection to my package as this put the icing on the cake. Nick and his amazing Team were beyond helpful and provided superior service to our guest's and caterers,They eliminated all worries with ease. I could not have imagined a better Birthday Celebration. Thank you Elijah for having such a great TEAM!"

"Where do I start?! Long story short, there are no words to describe this venue. The best way I can describe it is immaculate, professional, beautiful, amazing, and so many more. It started the moment I walked into the venue. Nico and his wife, Adeline (I hope that’s how you spell it and I apologize if that’s not) were VERY attentive and tended to ALL and literally ALL of my and the bride’s needs. Now that’s not to take away from all the other employees because they too were phenomenal, especially the bartender as well (I didn’t get her name unfortunately). The venue was set up beautifully and Crystal Ballroom tried their best to make the night go as perfect as possible. Of course with major events not everything goes as planned but Nico and Adeline were quick on their feet and were able to accommodate. Last but not least, the most touching of all and what left SUCH a lasting impression on us. I made a quick announcement with the DJ we hired to our guests that due to me and my (new) wife previously living together for the past 5 years, we decided to make a registry for children’s toys so we could donate them to Nemours hospital for the upcoming holiday. We decided to do that because of personal reasons and once the Crystal Ballroom staff also heard our story, they got together and donated some money of their own. Not only did they make an impression on us, but to the children that they helped give a Christmas to. Nico, Adeline, I hope you read this and know that you guys will always be a topic of discussion when we tell our friends about our wedding and will always recommend this place because of you guys.
