"As Star War's Disney rides go it is OK. I do enjoy the interactive elements and moving from place to place, however, if you are not tracking the story line it could definitely be confusing going from place to place. I think the piece that makes the ride experience is the number of storm troopers and vastness of the room once your ship is captured. Broke down frequently so line fluctuated throughout the line from closed to 120+ minutes (saw it at 560 once on a random January weekday) down a bit and back. I waited for shortest line I could before going and only went once."

"Great ride and unique bc of actors interacting with you and effects are next level good. It really feels like you are a rebel and trying to escape from captured on the First Order's ship. Not a thrill ride but thrilling fun and great for kids too. Wake up early and get the lighting pass to reserve your spot else expect 2 hrs wait."

"One of the best amusement experiences I’ve ever been on, if not the best. Only issue is not that the ride has been running for a few years nonstop, some of the animatronics and features of the ride have been turned off or no longer work, which slightly takes away from the attraction, but it’s not noticeable if you didn’t know they were turned off"

"So listen, I know that this ride shuts down a lot. However, STAY in line. Just wait it out because riding on the Rise of the Resistance is worth the wait! I know that some of you have not been able to get on this ride due to its constant trouble, so I've added videos for you. This is not a 3-minute ride; there are 4 parts to it. It's an entire experience especially if you love Star Wars as I did as a child in the 80s. Hats off to Disney! This is an excellent ride! It shut down when we were about 10 mins from riding it & so many people left the line which allowed us to go in faster. Well worth it! It's awesome! I do recommend the fast pass for this one."
