"Very nice water front park. Nice playground although not a lot for smaller/toddler children. Geared more towards elementary school age kids, but a nice park to run and play. Fishing off dock also aquatic center and an outdoor music venue. Plenty of shade trees and shade canopies to escape the hot sun when needed. Bathroom facilities available during day time. Very nice."

"Ferran Park at Lake Eustis is simply spectacular!! The huge playground, walking paved areas for mobility access, lovely arching shade trees, stunning water bird metal sculpture in fountain, so much to see and enjoy for everyone! We so enjoyed our visit! A fabulous place to walk dogs with safety of cement barrier between you and any alligators. There is also a very nice veterans memorial to stop and pay respects. A truly highly recommended park to bring your lunch or dinner and sit by the water. The water breeze was also very cooling on a warm evening!"
