"I like the idea of the venue for my toddler. Here are my issues 1. There is no listing of them on the mall directory. So it's hard to find. 2. Booking parties are cool but they still charge full price for patrons who are not part of the birthday party but the only 2 bounce houses are off limits because it is reserved."

"The play area is decent. The bathrooms are the nastiest bathrooms I have ever been in so obviously not ideal to be in with little kids. The staff really should be cleaning the bathrooms regularly."

"Had my son’s 3rd birthday party today and the kids had a blast! You provide your own decor and food. They gave me 3 tables for seating and I was able to bring two of my own for the food and gift tables since we had a larger party of about 38 people (including the children). I was concerned about the space being too small for the amount of people we had coming, however, most adults spent a good portion of the party attending to their kids in the play area so there was always enough seating and the kids were up running around the entire time. My one complaint was that they only give you 30 minutes to set up (or you pay for an additional hour of the space). It would be nice to have a bit more time for set up in my opinion. But thats my only con! You get your own personal bounce house for the two hours, as well as access to every thing else."

"Every kid in there had a ball! It's a nice spot to have a play date or just get the kids out the house. The floor Is slippery with the socks they sell you, I suggest socks with rubber bottoms to prevent falls. Also I'd recommend a little more cleaning of the bounce houses. Not sure how frequently they do a whip down but just be sure to give your kiddos a good baby whip cleanse as you leave. Have fun & enjoy connecting with other parents as the kids were immediate friends once inside."
