"I had a very unfortunate experience with the manager at this location. I bought a pair of shorts about a week ago and unfortunately they were a little too short. I brought them back in the other day (less than a week later) and he told me that I couldn’t return them because they were a special edition. That caught me off guard because he was there when I checked out and both admitted and apologized that no one told me that these were final. But yet couldn’t even exchange for a bigger size or give me store credit. Isn’t that the point of a manager ? To oversee that things like that don’t happen, and to make it right with the customer when it does happen? Very disappointing experience at a relatively high end boutique. I’m not sure of his name but he has long dark hair and a horrible attitude."
