"If I could leave no stars I would, but since I can’t I’m giving it one star. Misleading, unorganized and no structure just to start. Booked my daughter’s birthday party here for Saturday, February 17th. In scheduling the party we were given the option of I believe three packages in which we decided to go with the Mega package(most expensive one of course) because it included a designated party room and party host for the entire party. According to the party scheduler the other packages would only give us the room for one hour. So having a place for the kids to put their things and having a place for parents and other guest to sit while the kids jump made sense to make sure everyone was comfortable. The scheduler also stated someone would need to arrive 30 minutes early for setup. No problem… party booked 2pm - 5pm … monies paid … invitations sent! Fast forward to party day, I send my daughter ahead of me with all the decorations, cake, snacks and gifts for setup. When she arrived she was advised that we could not get into the party room until 4:30 and the kids could jump for 2 hours prior to going into the party the party room. I arrived and located the manager and advised this was not at all what we were advised at the time of booking. She apologized and stated this wasn’t the first time today she has heard this and they use a third party company for booking their parties and had no control over what they are saying, but has made her general manager aware of it. We were given a cart to remove things from the car and waited patiently but frustrated with a cart full of stuff with no where for parents and guest to sit. EMBARRASSING!!! I continued to apologize. At 4:25 I located the party host and she said they still did not have a room available. At 4:33, no room available. 4:45, no room available and guest starting to leave. Pulling gift bags from the mounds of stuff on the cart and issuing apologies. Guest there 3 hours with no food, luckily I brought chips and snacks for the kids that we were pulling from the cart. My daughter is now crying because everyone is leaving and she didn’t get the chance to sing happy birthday and open her gifts. At 4:57 we were advised that they had a smaller room they could put us in. I advised that my guest were leaving and most had already left. I told them we were leaving and requested a refund. Horrible, horrible experience!!! If you’re looking to go this way I strongly advise a different route."

"This birthday experiences was incredible. Vina here at Defy was amazing. What we liked was there was no hidden fees, the pizza they provided was 5 star, the kids had a blast. There are a ton of things for the kids to do without having to pay more. Just an all around wonderful time. Highly recommend!!!"

"The kids had a great time, but the party organizers should take a look at what is going on in the party rooms. You could do so much more to make the party part better. Only two tablecloth colors were available, dark blue and orange. Limted space for kids to sit, adults must stand, and works don't seem to be with it. One little sweet blonde did. She worked two areas and tried to help others. I wish I had gotten her name. You need more workers like her."
