"Unique Embroidery/DTG are definitely unique! there service has been top notch, I contacted them about doing some custom work on some scrubs i had for my GF, and they were able to get it done quickly. I also had pants delivered that i did not need work done on, and the inventoried everything to make sure i got everything back when i picked up the scrubs. Additionally, they do Auto Tinting! i was able to get my tints done within a few hours and with state of the art printing machines. they are not your little corner shop, they have industrial equipment and state of the art machinery. I hardly write reviews but i felt like the service and work done there deserved a write up. They also speak great Spanish, and English, so no matter what your preference is they can assist."

"Customer service oriented and a quality product! I needed t-shirts for a family reunion in July. This being my first time coordinating t-shirt orders, I spoke with three DTG t-shirt companies. Unique was the only one that made the process easy. They assured me my print would transfer direct to garment without pixelation, which it did. They offered various styles without quantity minimums per style. Their prices were the best of the three and their service was outstanding. When I had to add shirts after pickup, it was not a problem. When I needed the add-ons in 24 hours, they said yes come by they will be ready. I felt important here. "Honestly, the easiest and best to work with and here is why ... I was referred to Unique DTG by Impress Ink in Orlando. I'm assuming it was because I wanted something custom and very detailed for a day at Disney with my family for my 2-year old's birthday. I reached out to Unique DTG via email and they were able to conceptualize my vision without ever having to go into the store. I mean it was the easiest and most convenient process. First off, they were very very very responsive. The took attention to every single detail I wanted and were honest about their capabilities. We went back and forth a few times and never felt like it was a hassle or an inconvenience for them. I ended up with 4 different designs and did an order for about 20 shirts. The price was beyond reasonable and even if they charged more, I would have paid it. You're always skeptical when working with a vendor for the first time, especially when you have never seen their work up close. I was working on a tight deadline and did not have time to visit them and honestly took a chance. I trusted them and they blew it out of the park. The shirts were made in rapid time and the quality was great. My family went to Disney looking amazing and we received so many compliments on the shirts! If you are looking for good quality shirts, excellent customer service, reliability and custom work, you have to go with these guys. They truly are a amazing to work with!"

"Having worked for Blue Moose in Arlington, Texas as the lead proofed I know then any print job was going to include a rush free but because this is my only child's 16th birthday party I wanted to make her happy. Having just relocated from Texas to Florida she made some friends but I ask her to get the sizes for two of the her closest friends to get t-shirts for her first party because I had to work that night . I contacted a company that was local but the lady was rude and I fail to read the reviews because I would not have wasted my time... I was in a panic because I knew I only had 4 days. I contacted the gentleman who stated they were out of town and I couldn't guarantee the T shirts even with a rush fee but he highly suggested Unique DTG T-shirts. I contacted Nicole and she tell me to calm down because she could hear the panic in my voice and that she would help me. I emailed are the sizes as well as the colors and the artwork... Within an hour she sent the proof for me to review and approve for production. With in 24 hours Nicole called me to inform me the shirts were ready.
