"Beyond the best of the best. Getting your wedding dress altered is scary. I did not have the best initial experience with the first company I went to but WOW what a difference connecting with Sue. She helped me feel at ease with the process. Not only did they delver the dress for my wedding weekend at the Disney resort I was staying at but also steamed it there so I would not have to worry about it. So professional and comforting. I'm getting my dress cleaned, and preserved through them as well too. Would recommend them to anyone!"

"ALL AROUND AMAZING!!!! I went in to Carolyn Allen’s yesterday in search of a wedding dress and it was a success!! Kathleen and Sue are truly incredible. They had me look through a book and put post it’s on what I liked. They got me in and out of dresses and they were all beautiful. Over a short time, Kathleen was able to understand how I was feeling; what I liked and didn’t like about each dress and what made me feel the best. She suggested a dress based on my reactions to other dresses and asked if I would be open to trying one that I didn’t pick! Well, thank goodness I was because it was THE DRESS! It was such a beautiful experience to have my mom there with me and watch how well the mother and daughter Kathleen and Sue worked together! They are both incredible women and operate this business exactly how all businesses should be operated, I felt so safe with them and I am the biggest worrier! "Absolutely amazing! My husband and I used Carolyn Allen’s for our wedding dress alterations, suit and tux order and suit rentals for the bridal party. From the moment we stepped foot into their shop they were fantastic. They were always kind and accommodating and did fantastic work! They also steamed and delivered the wedding dresses in my hotel room! For the bridal party, the best part was they picked up their rentals from the hotel. We will forever recommend them to anyone who is in need of suit/tux, alterations or steaming services!"

"Excellent services provided! I can't recommend this service enough and will definitely use them again in the future if needed! I had my wedding in Troy NY on 8/26/2023 and needed to ship my dress to Orlando for our Disney Ceremony the following week. Sue helped me throughout the entire process. She communicated with me before, during and after. She had advice about shipping my dress, and called me once the dress was received which was a huge stress relief for me, as Florida was experiencing a hurricane at that time. She was early for our in-room steaming appointment, delivered my veil and dress, and got everyones tuxes and dresses steamed promptly. Wrinkle free! After our ceremony the following day, they picked up my dress at our hotel for cleaning and preserving service, and they will ship it back to me at home! Everyone was extremely nice and pleasant to talk to whether via email, on the phone or text. Absolutely worth the price!"
