"I booked The Venue before it was even built and it met all my expectations. It looks just like the renderings... beautiful, bright, light, airy, and nestled in the perfect spot for sunset and water views. It is the perfect all-in-one venue for intimate or large events that has very flexible and customizable space... indoor grand hall with high ceilings, large covered patio, sweeping green lawn on the water, and even a dock, full service kitchen, plentiful on-site parking, and bride/groom suites! The cherry-on-top is that if you really want those sunset beach photos (but not the hassle of a beach ceremony) like I did, beach access is just a 5 minute ride over Brooks Bridge to Okaloosa Island. Seeing as I booked before The Venue was established, I really appreciated the staff honoring all agreements made before they had really nailed down what services they wanted to offer and their prices. Beach Weekend was also very generous on special pricing they gave my guests and I on their rental properties and boats. On the wedding day, everything and everyone I needed was in place, on time, and executed flawlessly. My dream wedding happened thanks in-part to The Venue. It is such a unique gem and is much more affordable than other popular venues in the panhandle with its a la carte pricing style. In all honesty, I probably got the best price possible because I took a leap of faith and booked it in its infancy. This spot is most definitely going to blow up in popularity the more its name (and photos) gets out there. I hope I can return for an anniversary dinner and dance one day. "The Venue is the most perfect location for a wedding to remember! The staff and facility are amazing! Every step of the way they made sure our special day would be magical. You can have it all there: the ceremony (they provided arbors), drinks (they provided a bartender), dining (they have a full kitchen), and dancing.
