"My son and his wife got married there on September 2. When the venue was rented we were told that the kitchen was only for prepping no cooking. Well wedding day comes and first of all the refrigerator was not cold to store food. As we are prepping food and drinks, there are COCKROACHES and ants all over the food and counters! I am disgusted that they charge the amount that they charge and you are left with bugs! This is not acceptable! Do better Watervue! I do understand palmetto bugs from being on the water but the little cockroaches are from being dirty and unsanitary. When the guy showed up to lock up I addressed this with him and he apologized and told us they know there’s a horrible roach problem, that’s why the kitchen can’t be used to cook in, but the owner will not do anything to fix it. Do your research before you agree to rent this property. We had to throw away hundreds of dollars of food because I refuse to serve food that has bugs in it. And Watervue response is I’m sorry we’re on the water."

"Best venue in the area. Open deck area is really nice. Beautiful views of the water. Big bar area in the center. Floors and baseboards seemed a bit neglected. Would be perfect if they put a little more effort into the maintenance and upkeep."

"Ya'll, I don't think our wedding could have been more perfect than it was at WaterVue at Brooks Street! The venue is absolutely gorgeous and has a magnificent deck overlooking the water, which is especially beautiful during sunset! There is a grand bar in the center of the venue, which all of our guests obviously loved :) The Mr. & Mrs. table, cake table, DJ stand were all perfectly placed and our day-of-event coordinator decorated the venue so pretty that it exceeded all of our expectations. The bridal suite and groom's room were a nice retreat for us while we got ready before the ceremony and of course, the fact that they allow dogs to be there seems too good to be true, but it isn't! If I could give 10/5 stars, I would! Massive thanks to Tiffany, John and Sarah for coordinating and managing our event. We couldn't be any happier!"

"Where do I begin, I can't even begin to say in words how much I love this venue. Tiffany is the real MVP. I coordinated a wedding here on 9-19 and what can I say it started as a disaster, hurricane Sally came and ripped through the city and caused so many damages to the venue however Tiffany and her staff worked diligently to have this place ready in two days. I was so impress. The food was everything and more. Big shout out to VIBE Catering. I can't thank them enough for making my client happy. I would without a doubt recommend this place without hesitation."
